36"x84"x1.75 Antique Solid Wood Door w/Circular Chickenwire Glass Lite. Cool, vintage, wooden door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern PA. It has a solid Douglas fir core covered by 1/16 thick maple veneers. It is stained (not painted) on both sides.

Please don't think that "veneer" means inferior quality. Unlike the paper-thin veneers used on modern doors and furniture, these veneers are 1/16 thick and provide strength and stability to the door. The door has a single, circular, window with Chicken wire glass, and a flush (plain or flat) design all around. Door was is equipped with a push plate, pull handle, and hinges (see last photo).

If you'd like to replace and/or add different hardware to the door, we have a good selection of hardware to outfit it (check out our store). The door is strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition. It only has nicks and scratches, but no breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues.

There is a small cut-out on the bottom corner of the hinge-stile (see last photo). Most of the blemishes that it ha. S will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks". All of the glass is intact and also in great shape with only light scratches. The door is set up to swing into the home towards the left or away towards the right.
